Applications
The woodworking center RFZZ1325 is a set of high automatic machinery. It is suitable for mass processing of solid woods, density boards, composite boards, rigid plastics, artificial marble, acrylic, and other materials.

Our woodworking center has wide applications. It is extensively used for deep processing of semi-finished products of accessories of industrial equipment like the countertops of industrial sewing machines and electric appliance cabinets. It is also can be used to make building models.

Furniture Industry
The woodworking center can be used to make lock holes or engrave patterns on solid wood doors, composite gates, cupboard doors, interior doors, sofa legs, headboards, antique furniture and other panel furniture.

Decoration Industry
The woodworking center is applicable to engrave various decorative patterns on the surface of decorative paintings, screens, three-dimensional wave boards, and acoustic boards.

Musical Instrument Industry
The woodworking center is suitable to engrave decorative patterns on the head of musical instruments, or to process the semi-finished guitars. It also can make three dimensional curved surfaces.

Mould Industry
The woodworking center can make wood moulds, evaporated pattern casting moulds, food moulds, and other moulds.

Craft Industry
The woodworking center is used to engrave decorative patterns on relief craftworks, pendants, automobile accessories and other craftworks.

Advertising Industry
The woodworking center is applied to cut or engrave patterns on acrylic. It also can make acrylic adsorption moulds, chest cards and various label plates.

Features
1. The woodworking center has a stable structure as a result of the adoption of steel structure processed by vibration aging technology.
2. It adopts new generation Taiwan high performance industrial control system. This enables it to quickly engrave three-dimensional patterns and have features of easy maintenance and reliable performance.
3. The HSD high power forced air cooling and tool changing main shaft are imported form Italy. It has properties of high accuracy, low noise, high rotating speed, smooth running, and long service life.
4. The saw drill multi-drilling combined mechanism is imported from Italy. It can finish drilling, cutting, engraving, and lock hole making at one time.
5. Japanese Yasukawa servo motor is adopted to provide strong power for cutting or engraving of various solid woods. 6. The linear rails are arranged in square. Its ball bearing pieces endow the woodworking center with large bearing capacity, high precision and smooth running.
7. The umbrella-type automatic tool changer is employed. It can hold eight cutting tools and can automatically choose the suitable tool.
8. The vacuum adsorption countertops have advantages of high density, non deformation, and high adsorptive power. It is installed with auto lifting device which makes the processing of lock hole much easier.
9. It is easy to maintain, and has good software compatibility. Type 3, Castmate, Artcam, Wentai, and Jindiao’s software can be used in our machine.
